I am writing to you with great urgency regarding a recent experience at keukenconcurrent Cruquius .

As simple, hardworking individuals, my wife and I strive to earn every hard-earned euro honestly. Our recent visit to your store was met with anticipation and hope for fair and respectful treatment. However, our experience was anything but.

we left feeling deeply mistreated, particularly my wife, by the actions of the salesperson, Rene. Additionally, prior to our visit, my wife experienced mistreatment when she called to arrange the measurement. The salesman she spoke to on the phone was disrespectful, prompting her to request assistance from another salesperson. However, it seemed that during our visit to make the final arrangements, the same salesman was involved despite our request I have to say please we don’t want to business with him . This lack of consideration only added to our frustration and discomfort. By the way it should not be relevant by my wife is Dutch.

Furthermore, when we returned to finalize the arrangements, it felt as if we were starting from scratch. The price had inexplicably gone up, and my wife was left in tears without any empathy from the staff. The manager Tom took over and he was worst can happen leader, I have to say enough we stop now and he keep pushing to close the work threatening that if we don’t do it next 24 hours we will have to wait almost one more month the delivery.

Next day, when I attempted to address our concerns with the manager Tom again .I was met with hostility and an ultimatum: either accept the contract at the inflated price or reject it and face a 30% penalty. And he threatened that if I want the original price, that I need to erase any review immediately.
This treatment is completely unacceptable and only adds to the sense of discrimination and mistreatment we have experienced at your Cruquius store.

Afterward, the manager sent a message full of falsehoods, further exacerbating the situation.

This is a place with no values, no respect, and no responsibility for their actions. I strongly advise against ever setting foot there. Misstated women, discrimination of people . Unprofessional, unethical totally unacceptable. We want a fair treatment and human rights of respect!!!!!

As humble individuals seeking fairness and respect, we implore you to reconsider our situation and provide us with a solution as soon as possible. We are in urgent need of assistance and guidance to resolve this matter and secure the kitchen we require.
